Central Coast Geocachers of California So You came to see Montery's famous Cannery Row?

This is just what the Doc (Doc Ricketts) Ordered!
This will take you to the Heart of Shopping and the Wharf area around Ocean on Cannery Row.
Parking is not easy to find so I would park at the Prescott and Lighthouse parking garage.

The starting point coordinates N 36' 36.909 and W121'54.019
Look around and something here tells you " What You Must Do"
After finding this object look at the numbers at the bottom right corner they are separated with a "-" sign ( x-xx)
Use the number found above to get to your next destination.
Use the first number you wrote down ( x-??) in your next North Coordinate to fill in the unknown digit N36'3 x.979
Now use the Second and Third numbers you wrote down above in the following formula (69+ xx=??)
Add the above numbers up to get a total.
Use this answer in the following coordinates for stop #2
N36'3 x.979 and W121'53.9 xx
Use the coordinates you came up with above to go to your second mission.

Using these devices you need to know the NUMBERSwhen they point to each other! (The numbers closest to the pointer)
Important! While standing between them looking towards the ocean take note which is on the right and which is on the left and what color they are!
To get the North Coordinates of your next location take the number that was on your left and subtract 8 from it.
N36 ' 37. x89 ( x= (Left number above)-8)
U sing the right number you will get the West Coordinates. Take the number that was on your right and ADD1 (One) to it to fill in the next missing digit.
W121 ' 5 x.061 ( x= (Right number above)+1)
Follow the above coordinants to your next stop.
N36 ' 37. x89 ( x= (Left number above)-8)
W121 ' 5 x.061 ( x= (Right number above)+1)
Okay if you have children with you this would be a great time to let them help as they love to use these things.
Okay, your looking for something Big, Red, and it Floats. It has one number on it!
This is where you will find the number
( If the number you found was a 1, think of it as 111)
Got it? Okay lets get the last numbers. ALL the numbers (Each Digit at the end) have been increased by the number you found.
Correct the numbers by subtracting the number you found. (Example if you found the number 2 you would do the following to get the correct answer ( 456-222=234 ) So you would need to use234 as the last digits in the coordinates.
These numbers below have those last digits increased by the number you found.
N 36' 37. 456and W 121'54. 559 (Please Correct these)
N 36' 37. xxx and W 121'54. xxx ( xxx=your answer)
At this stop you will get to sit down if you would like but the Plaque you need to see will be covered with your back.
Convert the first word to numbers (A=1,B=2....... J=10).
Now using the first letter you decoded correct the following North Coordinate
Use the number you converted from the first letter of the plaque for x.
N 36' 36. x 95
Now the West Coordinate
Use the Second letter you decoded to correct the following North coodinate.
W 121' 40 .021 (not the correct coordinate for puzzle)
Take the number you converted from the second letter of the plaque and add it to the 40 to get the corrected coordinates
Got em?
N 36' 36. x 95and W 121' xx .021
Okay, now you have gone to the above corrected coordinates.
Sit down, Make sure you have your shoes on!
Are you cozy? Now find the Answers to the Questions that will let you Log this cache..
Look over your left shoulder up high close to the shop to see the Answer to the first Question. (IT'S NOT WINE TASTING!)
"What Happens Every Day?"
Now answer the second qestion.
Where you pointed the devices at each other.
"What color were they?"
Please do not put these answers in the Log!!!!
There is no box to find so please use the log on Geocaching.com.
