i met my wife in 2006. we spent that summer walking around this park, and getting to know each other. at the end of that summer we were engaged. i probably spent more hrs walking around this park than most people in ames. i hope you enjoy your walk.
i may have made this harder than i thought. it is not under the big tree, but its close. from time to time it may become covered with sticks and leaves
