Geocache Description:

An nice walk in a quiet park. The cache is a plastic food container. NOTE: The cache has been relocated and you can consider this a new find so if you found A Walk In The Park previously feel free to find and claim it in this new location. It is a totally different type of hide.

PLEASE NOTE: It seems they have finally finished the major clearing (and I do mean clearing) of the park which has been going on for several months. I was unable to re-hide the cache in the same place due to the landscape now being quite bare. However, the new location is very close to the old one, but it is not quite as easy to get to. If you stay on the fairly wide dirt trail off the dirt road it will take you close to it. The container is also larger than the previous one which was taken by park workers and later returned to me. This is my second cache (GCJZYK ) in Arguello Park and I hope you have fun huniting for it. I say that because every time I have visited there I never seem to see anyone and have the place all to myself which makes it a quiet and enjoyable walk. I have tried to put goodies in the cache that you will enjoy finding. If you are one of the first you may also find the Mr. Happy Face Travel Bug. There is also a camera for you to take photo's of yourselves.
