First Ever West Tennessee Geo Gathering!!

(outside of Shelby County that is!)

The time has finally come, for West Tennessee Geocachers to come together! It's time we finally put some faces with all those names. With annual event caches happening in Memphis and Nashville on a regular basis, it's quite a time committment and drive for you West Tennesseans to attend. Sooo, I've decided to split the difference, and host an event cache in Jackson. There won't really be a set agenda for the gathering, other than to meet each other, and share a few 'caching stories. Since there are a few dozen cachers in West Tennessee now, I know you all have some stories to tell!! Perhaps we can discuss pulling together a more organized event for the Spring of '05 that could include CITO (Cache In, Trash Out), or some other live caching event (as opposed to dead caching!).

The Time: 6:00 p.m. until

The posted coordinates will lead you to an establishment where we will meet. You can figure out which one. If anyone has anything they'd like to donate for door prizes, just email me in advance. Feel free to post a message below to let us know whether you can attend. The festivities will begin at 6:00 p.m. sharp! That may even give some of you Memphians or Cachevillians time to get here to join us. You all are certainly invited to join us. Maybe some of you veterans can tell us some good stories. The more the merrier!! Be sure to bring any travel bugs, you might have and you can drop them at the event for someone else to pick up. Hope to see you all there!!!
