Geocache Description:

One of the NEW parks along the shoreline in San Mateo. There is something for everyone here. Kids and pets are the theme of the day. Take your shoes off and have some fun in the water spray.

This cache is on the trail next to a brand new park and it just opened. Figured it was worth a cache to celebrate its opening. Cache is a micro and in a very HIGH foot traffic area so stealth is highly recommended. I placed it there in the middle of a walk-a-thon and managed to do it unseen so I know it is possible.
