A small "park" with a view lovely downtown Gorst.
Not too many hiding spots, should not be too hard. Very close to the Hi-way so use your stealth. You may want to wear long sleeves and long pants.
I checked on this one recently and noticed an odd looking stone by the cache. As it turns out, it is a dedication. It reads "To honor the caring citizens,governments,tribes and businesses of Kitsap Co.....For lasting stewardship of Puget Sound Water Quality Autority". (Thanks grandpadave). I have noticed at least one other stone like this near Port Townsend. If anyone sees these dedications, let me know and maybe I can make it a series.
