Load up your kayak or canoe and let's meet at Geist Park

Meet at the launch site between 9:30-10:00am
Geist Park is located on Florida Rd. just south of 113th street at the northeast end of Geist Reservoir. Parking is free and there are 2 launch points nearby that we can use for no charge. Restrooms are located near the parking area. Arrive early enough to start paddling at 10:00. Bring your PFD, snacks, water, sunscreen, GPS and your boat! We'll paddle to the Olio Road bridge and back, and explore one of the canals. If you are not able to paddle but would like to attend the Launch Event, all are welcome. We will take a group photo at 10:00. Let's hope for good weather!
