Say hello to Little Miss Fickle who is the resident of the BUCKEYE State HAPPY cache - please do NOT remove her from her home. She is here to welcome all with a SMILE to the Buckeye State.
DO bring a camera to record your smiles along the miles!
Cache is a smaller than regular plastic HAPPY container with tiny HAPPY logbook (room enough for name/date only) & tiny HAPPY trinkets to trade for other happy type tiny trinkets.
Located in Keehner Park, in the heart of West Chester, Ohio (a northern suburb of Cincinnati). The park has a little something for everyone - sports fields, hiking trails, mtn bike paths, playground equipment, an old log cabin, & a shallow rocky stream loaded with fossils.
Follow the signs to the park, through the nationally-recognized intersection of GRINN & BARRETT.
Use the picnic area entrance & parking lot, near the old log cabin (N39 20.056 W84 23.137) for the best trailhead.
Recommend that crossing the creek at N39 19.965 W84 23.250
(It is accross the creek and up the hill from where it used to be in a large
group
of trees.)
