After many starts and stops, The NVG Highway is finally under construction.
The Highway is being built to celebrate Iowa's Most Decorated cacher.
Costs overruns and technological blunders have hindered this project from the get-go.
Hopefully, your search will be fruitful and avoid the pitfalls that this endeavor has experienced.
Such a peaceful little pond where I have never seen anyone fishing for about three or four decades. Hmmmmm?
