Geocache Description:

To find this cache you'll have to use your boat, GPS, and the attached photos. I'd recommend downloading the photos into your PDA for reference, or print them out and take them with you.

This cache is probably only accessible by small boat (or a very wet walk from a large boat!) from Pitt Lake.

If you're accessing this cache by kayak, it will probably take at least two days to complete - possibly three. Luckily there are lots of other caches in the area! It may be possible to take a small power boat to the end of the lake and row from there to the start point (about 1km or so).

Start point

Step one:Get yourself to the above co-ordinates. This is your start point, and you'll find yourself at the end of a small stream.

Step two:Proceed on foot upstream, until you see the large fallen log, with small trees growing out of the end.

Shown above is the log you're looking for.

Step three: Find yourself a safe way up to the top of this log, and there you will find the cache. You will enjoy a wonderful view of a huge waterfall!
