Back by popular demand is Kansas City's 3rd annual boat caching event! Unfortunatly the Labor Day weekend has prove to be difficult for some who traditionally go out of town and as others are trying to qualify for the K10: Hanging with Friends Challenge I've moved this up a week. Furthermore this is the day after the 16th Annual Kansas City Area Picnic so perhaps there will be some out of town cachers able to join us.
Location: Shawnee Mission Park Marina
Date: Sunday August 28th
Time: 10:30 AM – 11:00 AM
Requirements: You must get close to the posted coordinates in the lake, no logging from the shore
The marina has a covered shelter above the rental office for those who wish to only watch or take pictures. This will also serve as our rain out contingency meeting spot (after all there will still be water everywhere).
