Geocache Description:

Visit the Spit, then come and find a cache with a view...

The Dungeness Spit is a seven mile long sand spit that includes a sensitive National Wildlife Refuge area. There is also a lighthouse at the end.

The cache is placed so that you could visit the spit, and also find a cache along the nearby bluffs with a great view. There are picnic tables nearby, too.
