Multi cache wandeling van 5,5 km ten zuiden van Delden
Spiegeltje, Spiegeltje ………
De tocht is circa 5,5 km lang en af te leggen te voet of per fiets en gaat door een typisch Twents landschap vol variatie. Een deel van de route loopt over het Oelerschoolpad, dat is ontstaan doordat de boeren vroeger hun kinderen via de kortste en veiligste route naar school wilden laten gaan. Op deze manier ontstonden de leuke paadjes langs watergangen en percelen. Het gebied is van oorsprong eigendom van de heren van Twickel. Het huwelijk van de laatste baron en barones bleef kinderloos en na het overlijden van de barones is alles in beheer gekomen van “Stichting Twickel” met als doel het behoud en de continuïteit te waarborgen van dit unieke landgoed. Het gebied is vrij toegankelijk op alle wegen en paden, waarvan in principe ook niet afgeweken hoeft te worden (de uiteindelijke cache is dusdanig verstopt dat niet gegraven hoeft te worden en ligt vlak naast de route). Meer informatie over de geschiedenis van het landgoed en de hedendaagse zaken kan worden gevonden op de website www.twickel.nl (meer dan de moeite waard om te bekijken)Tijdens de tocht moeten allerlei getallen gezocht worden, elk getal komt overeen met een letter.

• Het nummer op het groene hek aan de oostzijde van de parkeerplaats = A B C
(het bord is op dit moment niet aanwezig door vandalisme totdat Rijkswaterstaat het weer gemaakt heeft is hier het antwoord => 461)
• Het aantal spijkers dat was gebruikt om het bord op het hek mee vast te zetten = D E
• Het aantal picknicktafels bij de parkeerplaats = F
WP-2: Het gele bord op N52.15.EF9 E006.43.99E
• Ten noorden van dit WP staat een geel bord met het nummer = G H I
• Vervolg je route naar wp-3
WP-3: X en Y op N 52.CA.8FB E006.4A.5HB

WP-4: De paal op N52.GA.BBF E006.A5.0CB
• Volgens dit bord kun je van Diepenheim naar Enschede = J
• Vanaf hier naar WP-5 (maar let wel op met het verkeer)
WP-5: Het vreemde huis op N52.GA.9GF E006.AA.99D
• Het huisnummer van deze woning = K
• En nu op naar de echte cache
WP-6: De echte cache op N52.1X E006.4Y
• Op dit punt sta je oog in oog met … (een natuurlijke schoonheid)
• De cache ligt verstopt op GK meter op D(H+F)J graden
• Van hieruit weer verder richting de parkeerplaats

Opmerkingen:
* De cache ligt op een dusdanige manier verstopt dat er niet gegraven hoeft te worden. Gewoon even goed rondkijken voordat je het gebied op zijn kop zet.
Mirror,mirror………
This walk has a length of 5,5 km and could be done on foot or bike and is going through a typical “Twents landscape”. A part of this route is following the “Oelerschoolpath” that was made in the past by farmers so that there children could walk via the shortest and safest route to school. By this way beautiful small walking paths along watercourses and lots exists. The domain is from origin owned by the barons of Twickel. The last baron’s marriage stayed childless and after the baroness died the whole property came under administration of the Twickel foundation for the purpose of preserving and continuity of the whole estate. The country seat is open to the public on all roads and paths (except private ones). During the walk it isn’t necessary to go down the paths (the final cache is hidden in such a way that digging isn’t necessary)More information about the history and present status of Twickel castle could be found on www.twickel.nl (it is worthwhile to visit except it is all in Dutch). During the walk all kind of numbers should be found who match with letters in the different waypoints.
