A tiny cache is placed on a charming street in Osaka Business Park (OBP)
If you come in the night, you will see the trees illuminated by blue and white lights along the street down to the Osaka Castle Park. This might be part of the reason why this cache is named.
Well, if you come to the coordinates, you will find another reason of three colors. There are four objects along the street. Two of them are blue and rest are yellow.
A cache is placed on one of these objects.
You must return the cache as exactly as you find.

They changed colors of the four objects. There no longer are red and white. Those colors have been changed to another color.
