A regular-sized cache - a camo 1-quart plastic container with screw-off lid - in the beautiful Indian Slough conservation area, about 2 miles off Hwy. 61.
If you fish, bring a pole. If you watch, bring a camera for the blue herons and egrets. A two-mile drive down a gravel road and downhill brings you to this nice area. (On a rainy day like today, this road will be tough uphill without 4-wheel drive.)
Once you leave the road, there is immediately a drainage ditch. Today, it was obscured by heavy weeds, making the ground look level, and oriolesfan31 nearly disappeared after that first step! After a walk through natural prairie, you will reach the cache site. Have fun!
