Cobblestoners: Hey, It's Franklin needs to be archived. The original fence, container and cute turtle sign are no longer there due to Hurricane Sandy and although another geocacher so kindly replaced the container recently the theme is no longer the same without the adorable turtle sign. We'll look for another turtle sign and see if we can relocate it. See ya Franklin (for now anyway)!
