This cache was originally placed for the 2012 WGA Picnic. Pike Lake was the site of GC1323 the first WGA Picnic.

No matter where you hike in the park you will see old rock fence rows constructed by eary landowners and farmers. They make good cache hiding spots and hopefully this one won't take you too long to find. When you do find it there is a nice flat topped rock that you can sit on while signing the log.

The Geocache Notification Form has been submitted to the Pike Lake Unit of the Wisconsin DNR. Geocaches placed on Wisconsin Department of Natural Resource managed lands require permission by means of a notification form. Please print out a paper copy of the notification form, fill in all required information, then submit it to the land manager.
