For challenged, or newbies: this event will be at the PIZZA RANCH
MOUNT PLEASANT, IA


 

Gather in the reserved room at 11:00 A.M. Lunch is at your own expense!! Stay awhile and lets talk Geocaching and share a few laughs. Should be a few door prizes as well. Check back for updates.

Well last year it was newbies that showed me they could geocache and this year it was Repmul.  He thought that he might be able to log over a thousand finds in a calendar year even after he told me that he had never done that many caches in a year before..  Well after we bet, a fun filled event hosted by the loser, he told me that he would be off to the ET hiway series and other points west.  Boy did I ever get suckered, and we laughed about it all summer because he had to find them and log them.  Well in November I was still praying that Repmul would lose his laptop and not get them logged.  That did not happen.  So my second lost bet event will be :  SATURDAY,  JUNE 8, 2013 AT 11:00 A.M.   Come and have lunch and share your favorite 2012 caching story with friends and fellow cachers.

There will a Ugly Sweater Event TREE of TAGS, to be raffled off. Tickets are 6 for $5.00 donation. This Raffle item has a total of 22 Pathtags on a display tree, see picture in the photo gallery.

I just got an Event package from FTF Geocacher Magazine. The first door prizes have arrived.

Additional event in Mount Pleasant on June 8th. GC4CCX0 Come to town a little bit earlier in the day and enjoy a second EVENT.
