I Could Come Here Every Day and Not Get Bored Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

ildiko: The Seattle Parks department people aren't going to come to their senses anytime soon so rather than replace this cache - which was located in as unsensitive a locale as exists in this great park (1.5 feet away from an asphalt path!) - I hereby archive this cache. You happy now, park people? Enjoy the added solitude you'll now have as geocachers - among the most outdoorsy of all people - stay away from "your" park.

Harumph.

Geocache Description:

A cache near the best beach in Seattle

We are beach creatures (more accurately, she's a beach, I'm a creature :^). Ever since we first saw this beach we have wanted an excuse to come back here often. Placing a cache was just the ticket. We came here on an absolutely gorgeous Sunday afternoon. So much was going on - brilliant sun, high tide, passing cruise ships, a "Mendoza line" falcon (about 1 for 5 in dive attempts to snare a fish), all kinds of people. The girls (*pixie*, Miss K and little "i" played in the sand collecting seaweed ... just a wonderful beach. Be sure to check out the very nice cache up the beach - West Point Light .

Cache is a lock and lock box. Please rehide well.

OUR coordinates also come from hi-res satellite photos and if you look closely you will even see the structure in which the cache is hidden. Sat photo here
