A QUIET NIGHT INN

The meet will start at 6pm on Friday 8th November 2013 and will last until we nod off.
There is a full weekends FREE CAMPING from THURSDAY 7th until SUNDAY 10th for tents (caravans and campervans see below) on a flat and level field approx 100 yards down the road from the pub. The main meet will be in the pub lounge from 6pm.
There are now 3 events on at The Bryn on the Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
Toilet facilities are available in the pub from dawn to bed time. Meals are also available from their extensive menu. Breakfast available also.
Caravans - Very Basic facility(see below) on this site but there are many touring sites locally.
Well behaved Children welcome.
Dogs are also welcome in the pub and all dogs get a free treat
This meet is for the evening of Friday 8th but the free camping is available all weekend.
We hope that you can join us, and please note that you do not have to be camping to attend this event.
CARAVANS
Martin has negotiated a rate for caravans on the camping field. This will be a one off fee of £10 for either one or two nights. (Not £5 per night)
Tents will still be free.
There is fresh water on site, but no Elsan facilities at either the pub or the camp site due to both having septic tanks.
No Electric either.
However toilet facilities are available in the pub as always.

Mike Marzi, will be bringing a few backgammon boards and will be running lessons on how to play this easy to learn game of skill and luck

Due to Health and Safety Legislation we are unable to have an organised fireworks show.
We cannot however stop anybody from doing their own. BUT, fireworks must NOT be set off on the camping field as there are a number of birds of prey there, and anybody using fireworks are doing so as an individual and entirely at their own risk.
