Back in the late 80's when US 61 was improved between Grandview and the US 20 intersection several utilities had to be relocated to allow for the construction. One structure was built that blocked a previously unencumbered view of the river for some residents. Due to its size and proximity to a large national chain store (since moved) the structure gained a nickname at the local power company. It became known as the Sears Tower.
The cache contains the usual trinkets. Enjoy
