androsen: NU har kommunen plockat ner kungakronan i rondellen. Den flyttades till Tyska torget för att vara med vid firandet av IFK Norrköpings guldfirande. Idén med cachen försvinner därmed och rondellen får väl tillbaks sitt gamla namn: Packhusrondellen, så jag väljer att arkivera cachen!

Tack till alla som loggat den, nu kommer det säkert något nytt här i närheten snart ;-)

Vid 11:30-tiden på torsdagen den 25 augusti 2005 kolliderade kung Carl Gustaf med sin bil inne i Packhusrondellen. Enligt uppgift bromsade den framförvarande bilen in för en cyklist och kungen körde då in i bakdelen på bilen framför.

Kungens silverfärgade BMW M3 CSL fick skador på höger del av fronten och bilen han krockade med fick skador på bakpartiet. Olyckan utreddes inte av polisen pga kungens åtalsimmunitet.

Den 8 juni 2006 placerade tekniska kontoret en 3 meter hög guldkrona i rondellen som samtidigt kröntes med det nya namnet ”Kungens Rondell”

At 11:30 on Thursday 25th of august 2005 king Carl Gustaf collided with his car inside Packhusrondellen. According to witnesses the car in front of him slowed down for a bicycle rider and the king smashed in to the car.

The kings BMW M3 CSL got damages on right part of the front-line and the car he collided with got damages at he back. The police didn´t ivestigate the accident due to the kings prosecution immunity.

At the 8:th of june 2006 the technical office placed a 3 metre high gold crown in the roundabout that simultaneously was named ”Kungens Rondell” (the Kings roundabout)
