Located on the Ballina Wall on the Richmond River. It is a great spot to go for a walk along the paved track from Shaws Bay out along the wall to the entrance of the Richmond River. This is a nano cache located at a nice spot to have a rest and enjoy the view.
To enjoy the walk, park at Shaws Bay and follow the path that runs along the river. There is a awesome fish & chip shop there when you get back to your car. This is an easy walk suitable for all ages. Also a great path for bikes and scooters.
If you want a quick find, park at the end of Lighthouse Parade at the VRA Tower and it's only a short walk from there.
Don't forget to take a pen to write in the log and a camera to take photo's of the view while your there. You might even spot some dolphins if your lucky.
