Number 3 in the 'One Hit Wonders of the 80's' series!

This cache is named after the song 'Safety Dance' by Men Without Hats.

Trail is a 4 from the bottom and a 2.5 from the top

It is hard to get GPS coordinates closer than 30 - 40 feet here so I am making it a 3.5 difficulty.
