[ENG] Cache is located near the Red School and it's a 35 mm film canister.
[LV] Iecavas vidusskolas vesture sakas šeit – Sarkanaja skola. Gotiskajas formas ietureto, no sarkaniem kiegeliem buveto divstavigo Iecavas draudzes skolu beidza celt 1876. gada. Muiža deva materialus un amatniekus, bet pagasts deva paliga stradniekus. Tas bija staltakais un tiem laikiem modernakais skolas nams visa Kurzeme. Skola bija 2 klases, 2 mazgajamas, 4 gulamas istabas, pedejas visu nakti apgaismotas. Stradaja 2 skolotaji ar 124 skoleniem.
Kad Iecava saka celt Putnu fabriku, veca jauka skola ar rožu dobem un struklaku tas priekša bija par šauru un mazu daudzajiem skolas berniem. 1964. gada tika ielikts pamatakmens jaunajai skolai. 1968./69.m.g. Baltaja skola sak macities visi Iecavas novada berni, ta klust par vienigo divplusmu skolu Bauskas rajona, kur draudzigi kopa strada Iecavas vidusskolas un Iecavas 2.astongadigas (krievu) skolas skolotaji. Tagad pec renovacijas, izmantojot Pasaules Bankas kreditu, ta ir patiešam balta un estetiski acim tikama. Sarkanaja skola notiek zenu darbmacibas stundas un macas sakumskolas mazakumtautibu berni. Skolas pagalma puse ir ierikoti vairaki dzivokli, kuros mitinas novada laudis.
Sarkana skola parcietusi daudzus parbaudijumus revoluciju un karu gados, bet joprojam darbojas pec rekonstrukcijas 1997. gada. Skolas 120 – gade 1996. gada tur atklats skolas muzejs - ta pamatlicejs skolotajs Janis Zivarts. Latvijas Republikas 85. gadadienai veltitaja skolu muzeju skate – konkursa Iecavas vidusskolas muzejs ieklauts labako skolas muzeju skaita.

[ENG] History of Iecavas Secondary School started there – in Red School. Gothic style two floor building was built in 1876 and declared as Iecavas parish school. Manor gave materials and craftsmen, but rural municipality – workers. Building was most progressive and stylish school in whole Courland. There were 2 classrooms, 2 cleaning and 4 bedrooms. 2 teachers were teaching 124 students.
After Poultry factory was built, this school with his rose garden and fountain proved to be too small and narrow for many children who were willing to learn there. Construction of new school started in 1964. 1968/69 school year was first year for newly build White school; it was first two flow school in whole Bauska district. Teachers of Iecava Secondary School and Iecava 2. Eightyeared School now worked together. Now, after renovation, it’s truly white and really good-looking. Meanwhile, Red school is used for boys’ manual training lessons and for children of minority primary school. Few rooms at yard side are used as apartments for region people.
Red School had survived many durability tests during the revolution and wars, but it’s still working after the reconstruction in 1997. In 1996 school celebrated 120th anniversary and Janis Ziverts made museum about school and its history. It was awarded as one of the best museums in Latvian 85th Anniversary museums competition.
