Bunny Park Happy Meal Toy Exchange Multi-Cache
Team Gecko: Confirmed the cache container has been taken although its "home" is still in place. After 16 years since original placement the native vegetation has grown up around the access path to the final waypoint/cache location creating a minor bushwhacking situation. Rather than trim the path and reconstruct a new cache similar to the original, it seems better to retire this one. Thanks to all of those who logged finds over the years.

Bunny Park is a Gecko favorite for after dinner walks. McDonald’s Happy Meal toys are a favorite item to find in a cache. Our multi-stage theme cache combines both. We ask that your trades be made with new, sealed Happy Meal toys. There is a playground near the final waypoint for kids of all ages to enjoy.
SPECIAL NOTE:
Cache container was replaced and restocked on 10 June 2005. It is only a few yards from original location but is now better concealed. Only the last digit of the last waypoint has changed and a new clue has been provided.
Posted coordinates are for the first waypoint. The establishment at this location serves as our local Happy Meal toy depot. If you came unprepared, treat yourself to a delectable McBurger or tasty McNuggets and accept your free toy with a smile. There is no age limit for ordering one of these bonus meals. You even get a free drink with the meal.
Before you enter the WEST entrance door, please look around the IMMEDIATE area to gather clues for the next waypoint as follows:
Total number of tables outside = A
Number of tables outside with shade awnings = B
Number of second story windows on west side = C
D = A - 2C
E = A - B
From here, you will probably want to drive or bicycle. The distance to waypoint 2 is 1 1/2 miles as a crow flies. Your distance may vary. There is a substantial hill en route. A direct path is not possible – unless you are a crow. Terrain rating is based on driving.
The second waypoint is N 32 55.D1B W 117 05.B0E.
This is the entrance to Bunny Park. There is on street parking as well as a small parking lot that is locked punctually at sunset. Bunny Park hours are 8 am to 10 pm. The park features a small playground with swings, climbing apparatus, sand, picnic tables, and a nice view at the west end, especially at sunset. Twilight is a great time to count bunnies.
At the computed coordinates you will find two sets of 5-digit numbers. The set of numbers connected to M/L Ter is FG700. H = G + 3. J = F + H.

As you face west at this location, with a pole to your back, notice the number of benches intended for sitting. K = number of benches.

This is home turf for our bunnies when they’re not out grazing on the park lawn. A series of short bunny trails is your route to treasure.
The container is a camouflaged 2 1/2 pound Costco nut jar. If you pick the right path, there is no bushwhacking required. Please return the container to its original location to help keep it from being muggled.
The cache is pre-loaded with Happy Meal toys, a logbook and a pen. As noted above, please exchange only new, sealed Happy Meal toys.

WARNING: While it is extremely unlikely you will encounter any snakes here – we haven’t seen any snakes within a mile of Bunny Park in nearly 20 years of visiting – it is still prudent to keep an eye out just in case any slithering creatures are passing by.
