A micro cache in a busy spot where muggles abound.
This is the second in the Hankyu Rail Series. Take the northwest exit out of the ‘West Shrine’ station which is one station east of Shukugawa station on the Hankyu Kobe line and follow the coordinates. There are sufficient open areas to get your GPS up and runnning before plunging into the maze of buildings. Find the sign for a bar that implies that cows might go there. Stand on the seventh step from the bottom and reach over and to the left of the four mail boxes. Once retrieved and logged, sit down on the benches near the station exit and marvel at the army of kids going to and from the many cram schools. It truly is a cultural phenomenon to behold. When an appetite has been worked up, walk around the area and choose one of the great restaurants for a feed. All types of groovy places have opened recently. The Irish pub is recommended for beer on tap and live jazz on Saturday evenings.
