Geocache Description:

The trail is well maintained with a few hills, but nothing real steep.

Sucia is one of the most incredible Islands I've visited in the San Juans. The rock formations are a mixture of hard rock and sandstone. The weather sculpts these rocks and walls creating a really cool landscape. The Island is a State Park and has many well maintained hiking trails and beaches. There are many tie up bouys and public docks in a few of the bays, mostly Fossil Bay and Echo Bay. We cruise there on our boat, "The Sea Monkey", Every chance we get. I hope you enjoy your stay at Sucia, I know we always do. Happy caching!Original contents are: shot glass, playing cards, hand warmer, stuffed monkey doll, WA flag pin, WA thermometer keychain, 4 pack AA batteries, sunglasses, mini maglight, cassett tape (Police), Space needle keychain, lip balm holder keychain, pedometer, Log book, and two pens
