This cache is located at Topsail Hill Preserve State Park. Stay on the trail and you will find the cache. Visit the beach first to find a treasure to put in the cache.
Park at the day-use entrance to Topsail Hill Preserve State Park. You can then take the tram, bike or walk along the beach path to the location of the cache.
Many of the other caches placed in the park were removed as they were in sensitive areas. I spoke with the park manager and he helped me find a good location for this cache. No need to wander off the trail or dig. Digging is prohibited in the park.
You will find beach treasures in this cache as well as explantions about each of the cool beach finds. Only beach treasures should be deposited in the cache. Make sure the beach treasure is not a living organism. It must be an unused shell, sea bean, tube worm casing, etc. NO living organisms can be used.
