It's a Different P.L.A.C.E.
Along the lines of the AACC events, this one is a simple drive up when you can during the hours of 4:30 - 6:00 and meet with other local cachers for stories and help with local caches. So P.L.A.C.E. is simply Parking Lot Also Called Event! There have been many times when I thought about heading out for an event like that, but just couldn't justify making the drive! So, I thought to myself....Smithfield's got parking lots! Why don't I host one of those myself and just see who comes. It should be interesting. Maybe I'll even throw in a free donut from Ringo's to the first dozen attendees! (Since it's Smithfield, I'll get all "Squealers" - that's the famous donut with maple topping and bacon.)
