Located near Queen Valley turnoff.Beautiful desert terrain, but may be tough for 2WD vehicles with limited clearance.
This cache is located in one of our favorite areas, off of Hwy. 60 on the way to Superior.It's not a long walk from either 60 or Hewitt Station Rd., but can be iffy for a lowered Honda Civic with loud pipes and a boombox. There's a set of Geocaching related sandstone coasters for the FTF.The cache theme is items collected from all states across this great country of ours. Items include a Albuquerque Picture Frame, Texas shot glass, Az. collector's spoon, New Mexico collectors thimble, Illinois necklace, Zion Park keychain, Colorado keychain, Address book and pen, and a Randy Johnson Seattle Mariners '93 Fleer baseball card, among other items. Please leave something "state" related, and if not, just enjoy the scenery. Please watch for snakes or other desert critters on your way to the cache. Just remember, we are visitors in their home.
