Rowher Flat is open to motorcycles, ATV's and 4-wheel drive vehicles. A National Forest Adventure Pass is needed since this is on Angeles Crest Forest land. The cache is near the entrance.

September 5 by NakoTacoPatrol (1113 found) We too, are working on the LA Quad Challenge. This was the day's second-to-last find of 18 on our Quad run today. Today was our only Quad run - all the others were found on the way to other destinations. Rowher Flats was closed but looked like it could be a bunch of fun.
