Rowher Flat is open to motorcycles, ATV's and 4-wheel drive
vehicles. A National Forest Adventure Pass is needed since this is
on Angeles Crest Forest land. The cache is near the entrance.

Was trying for a twofer. (a benchmark find (EW0977) and a geo-cache.) Got the geo-cache, but the benchmark was not to be found. I will say this about the cache container, just because its different, doesn’t make it better. TFTC, SL.
