Geocache Description:

A small Lock and Lock container is what you are looking for. This area is great for fishing and a favorite spot of mine to put the kayaks into the nearby river!

This spot tells the story of the first inhabitants of the area and their network of trails made by the Lenni Lenape and Shawnee people. The area where the cache is located was once part of the Raystown Path, an important east-west path also used by early settlers.

At one time, there was an Indian Monument to commemorate the early people of this area, but that monument is now missing.
