Solve the puzzle/find the cache. You are looking for a nano cache. Initials only on the log please.

This is another cache that we have placed in memory of our good fishing friend, Roger. The above coordinates bring you to a pier where we used to do a lot of striper and mackerel fishing. The cache is nearby this spot.

Using his birthdate 12-16-1947 and the date he passed away 3-25-2008 solve the following to find the final cache.
