Geocache Description:

On the seventh day, God tried to rest, but He had to walk the dog.

The dogs have decided it was time to release secrets that dogs have known since the beginning. They are in a book called “DaDogvi Code.” The Hounds of Geocache will release one secret a day for a week. After that, the rest of the secrets will not be revealed, no matter how much begging there is.

Revie: Well, it has been a long week for all of us. The strain of having to reveal seven secrets and hearing you scream is hard on us. We are so looking forward to revealing the last secret and being able to go back to our normal life.

Sayde: The last secret should bring a big smile on your face because you will understand why you are often tired.

Revie: On the seventh day, God tried to rest, but He had to walk the dog! We love our walkies! It is harder for me to take a daily walk since I am a Boston Terrier who does not have high heat tolerance. I have to wait until it is cooler to go for my walkies. I hope it gets cooler soon!

Sayde: I love my walkies! My favorite place to take a walk is the Berry Springs park with all of those pecans! Pecans! Oooo … I think I can smell fall in the air!!

Revie: Geesh! Is that all you ever think about? Food? How can you smell fall when it is still hot!!

Sayde: I can smell the pecans getting ready to fall! PECANS!! WALKS!! TREATS!! FOOOOODDDDD!! I LOVE MY LIFE!!

Revie: We helped our humans hide this one in one of the many places where we take our walkies. It will soon be a park once the city has annexed this area. It is in a small plastic container. Kids like to play in this area, so please be careful when you are looking for the cache. Please hide it back in the same area.

Sayde: Should we tell them parking will be tricky?

Revie: Yes! We should tell them parking is difficult! You may want to find a legal parking spot and then walk to this cache. Do not park on the road!! It is way too busy for you to safely do so.

Sayde: Should we tell them about the FTF (First to Fetch) Prize for the winner with a dog?

Revie: No! Let’s them find out when they find this one last cache.

Sayde: Okay!! We are now done revealing our secrets! We hoped you enjoyed learning the Secrets of the Da DogVi Code. Thank you for bearing with us this week. Now go find those caches!!

Revie: And remember to give your dogs and cats a hug everyday.

Sayde: *Howl* I don’t like cats! You just had to mention cats!
