GC in VV for GC Traditional Geocache

As of the date this cache was hidden, there was only one other cache in the Val Verde Park quadrangle that was ALSO in Ventura County.
"On Guard!" (GC1KCRB) was hidden by GeoCraig, one of the co-owners of the Ventura County Quad Challenge. Since I don't think self-owned caches qualify for the challenge, I thought it would be appropriate to hide another cache in this quad to allow GeoCraig to qualify for his own challenge.
This park-and-grab now doubles the number of caches in this quad that qualify for the challenge. There is plenty of room to park off of the highway. It is easiest to get to if you are traveling west-bound.
