This is a 8 mile round trip excursion on a Antique coach car The
terrain will be easy with event caches placed off the rails with
many stops for caches. These will be event ONLY caches and removed
at the end of the day.
The event will begin at 2:30pm with the train leaving at 3:20pm.
The cost will be 12 dollars per adult (children 12 and under free
with adult ticket).

Please remember all caches are event ONLY we will have papers to
hand out with all cache information in them before entering train
they will not be posted on geocaching.com. They also will not be
availible after the event so don't miss out
Come ride the beautifully restored antique coaches around the
beautifull woodford county countryside. We will have many event
caches placed along the rails for stops around horsefarms and other
scenic stops on this 8 mile round trip excursion. (note these
caches will be on or very close to railroad and will be event ONLY
don't miss this chance to find them.) Please take this chance to
meet new and old cachers in the area and hopefully other areas. I
am inviting this to all of kentucky and everyone to wants to come.
There will be event theme travel bug giveaways and more. Don't
miss this chance to combine a train ride and caching. Children
welcome (due to insurance adult supervision will be required while
on train and on event caches)
I have disscussed with Bluegrass railroad and in
order to insure there insurance and fuel is covered the cost will
be 12 dollars (with children 12 and under free). If we can make a
good showing they would like to offer this as annual event so bring
all your friends and lets make this a big event. Please don't
forget to thank the Museum staff for this wonderfull event they
have helped me plan. I will have a large cool with waters for
people to drink i will try to supply enough to go around but i
would encourage people to bring some drinks i beleive it will be a
cool day but again this is a Antique coach and they didn't have A/C
back then.
