Where: Open area just south of the "Traffic calming device" at Village Point Mall, 168th & Dodge Street, Omaha, NE
When: May 4, 2013
11:45 am - Noon - Arrive, browse, shop, observe muggle behavior, avoid GZ, keep sock puppets out of sight.
Noon - Everyone magically appears, sock puppets appear and start sock puppet behavior (see below)
Noon - 12:13 pm - one sock puppet per geocacher signs log for geocacher and sock puppet behavior continues
12:13 pm - group photo
12:14 pm - draw for FTF
12:15 pm - everyone disperses to enjoy lunch, a day of caching, or whatever
This is for fun, so please bring, and operate, at least one sock puppet, but feel free to bring and operate more than one and to bring more for the less social geocachers or to provide to muggles.
The SOCK PUPPETS can do anything they want, such as talk, play sock puppet games, interact with passers by, anything legal and that you can explain to young children and that you don't have to explain to the police!
If you chose to use any and all socks on your feet, please have clean ones and take them off BEFORE the event.
In the event of inclement weather, we will either suck it up (they are just socks after all) or possibly move inside to Scheels Sporting Goods.
