The cache is not at the posted coordinates. Solve the puzzle to start.

Butler handed the coded message to his young Master. “The People are asking us to rendezvous at an Earth chute noted by the two-stage instructions.”

“Well, we shouldn’t be late,” replied the 13-year-old genius.

“Also, I entered the coordinates into the locator that we retrieved from the LEP. The closest legal parking is 0.13 miles SW of the first waypoint.”
