NOW HE IS BACK FOR YOUR VIEWING.
It is said that if you stand on this given point and face towards the (Northwest) then you may see a Great Texas hero. He is adorned in pure white and trimmed in green. Effortlessly he flows to and fro and then he is gone again.
Twice a day he can usually be seen at 10:45 AM and 3:15 PM. Oddly as it may be, he is rarely seen on a Monday and Thursday AM.
