VIDI - Latin for "I saw" This is the second of 3 geocaches I placed
in this area, VENI is the first and also has the driving/parking
directions.
VIDI and VICI are increasingly more difficult, requiring a
certain amount of perseverance, mostly because of the increase of
elevation and lack of a decent trail. You may have to bushwack,
scramble, traverse steep slopes and may encounter; loose rock,
deadfalls, thorns, forest goblins and possibly, a Blair Witch like
character, known to the locals as "La vecchia strega", so please be
careful.
This cache is about 800 meters from the VENI cache and gains
approximately 270 meters in elevation. I highly recomend that you
take some type of liquid refreshment, this uphill climb makes a
person thirsty. Enjoy your hike/scramble to the top.
Cache is a 8" x 5" Loc'n'loc container.
