Waiting on the 150 Traditional Cache

A fairly easy micro in a busy area, at least during certain times of the day. This cache may be NRV, unless you live or work in the area, your commute takes you through here or you are looking for a break while driving I-5.
This has easy access to and from I-5, but the cache itself is in NO WAY accessible from the freeway, so please don't even try. It is paved access, except for the last 20-25 feet.
As always, please be respectful of the flora in the area. You are looking for a black bison tube. Please do not remove the tube from its hiding spot.
I decided against a clue because it seems like everyone was finding it no problem. However, a rash of DNFs or comments about the rating have caused me to bump the rating up, and decide against putting a clue in.
