Easy parking, level (mostly paved) terrain, tupperware container painted brown.
This is one of the little known pleasures of Scappoose. Bring your bike, your scooter, or your legs. No motorized vehicles past a certain point. This is about a 1/2 mile walk from the parking coordinates (shorter from another route, but not as friendly).
This is a sticker exchange, so plan accordingly. The original contents are about 25 sheets of stickers ranging from police badges, to princess stickers, to Sponge Bob.
There are multiple routes to the cache, but I would recommend parking at
