A nice little hike up to the far northwest corner of Peterson Park West. Offers a nice elevated view to the south. Tall grass and possibly thorns in the summer, snow in the winter. Winter friendly will depend on snow depth, but the beacon should be fairly obvious. Cache can be reached from the road but I advise against it. A blind hill prevents eastbound traffic from from seeing any car parked along the road. Best to use the parking coordinates and walk. Cache is log only so BYOP. The slope can be a bit tricky, so watch for trip hazards. Have fun and enjoy the hike.
