Geocache Description:

Just take a minute or two to enjoy the view.

If you close your eyes you can hear the drums beating and the singing of the tribe. A lone canoe paddles out across the water and points to the shore. The chief, standing on a rock, raises a hand and........

Well, maybe it happened that way. We will never know for sure. But it would have made for a wonderful sight. It makes you wonder what it must have been like so many years ago. The view has changed, but it's still wonderful.

This is another place to end a great day of caching. Bring a picnic and some frisbees and try the frisbee golfing. Or just sit back and enjoy a nice stop with the family.

A WORD OF CAUTION.... there is some steep terrain right at the cache site. This is probably not a good one to hit during the winter. Mom and Dad, please scout the area first if you are letting the kids search for this one by themselves. Take Care and Happy Hunting. Hat_man
