Chilai south peak is one of the Taiwan 100 mountains.
Chilai south peak (3358m) and Mt. Nanwha are two of Taiwan 100 mountains near the Tainchi lodge. You can start hiking from Tunyuan trailhead (N 24° 03.162 E 121° 13.037) to Tainchi lodge (N 24° 02.724 E 121° 16.771) on the first day and then climb to Chilai south peak and Mt. Nanwha on the 2nd day.
