Geocache Description:


I had a cache in the front of this building, but it kept getting muggled. I decided to archive that one and place a new one on the back side. I still think this is a neat building. Even more interesting is the old libary across the street from the cache. The Old Capital was built in 1892. In front of the building is a couple of plaques telling about the building. After finding the cache take a few minutes and gaze at this great building. There are many muggles around so be careful when getting the cache. Searching at the right time of day after work or on the weekends will be the best searching time. Re-hide it so it will be there for the next searcher. There is no pen so you will need to bring one.
