WeBeDnD: Checked on this one today. This spot is just taking too much abuse to keep this cache active. This puzzle & cache may be reincarnated at a new PH0NY location soon. And I'm still getting that annoying FAX message...[;)]

The posted coordinates are PH0NY. Solve the puzzle, then
stop at two unique places. Cache is a bison tube. Reception at the
final coords is poor, so you may want to decode the hint provided
at the first stop. Actually, reception is poor at the first stop
too. Good luck.
I got a new 'free' phone/fax service, but I keep getting phony spam
faxes & voice mail. For example, the first fax I received
simply read:
G0T FAX PROG?
I am sure I don't need a fax program. But can you make any sense of
it?
