Where is Rudolph? Vixen Is Hidding Something! Traditional Geocache

This famous Yuletide LPC ("Light Producing Creature") has gone missing.    We must help Santa find him before Christmas Eve or the presents might not be delivered to the good little girls and boys all over the world in time for Christmas morning.    Can you help Santa?    The other eight reindeer knows where Rudolph is, but they will only tell one at a time.  

As soon as you remove the log from Vixen cache, the forth hint to the location of Rudolph (this very unique "LPC") will be revealed.    Keep this number and use it with the other seven that have been and will be revealed over the next week to find Rudolph on Christmas Eve.    You must find all 8 of Santa's reindeer to find Rudolph's location.    Vixen is available 24/7.   Please use stealth.  Bring your own pen/pencil to sign the log.
