The previous answer was made somewhat obsolete because the
informational signs at the given coords were removed for rebuilding
since they were VANDALIZED!!! New signs are being constructed and
will be in place for the 2012. In the meantime, the question to
answer is "What is in the middle of the N.E.W.S. at the given
coordinates?"
